At the beginning of the pandemic I (Nick) asked my friends to record themselves being outraged on their instruments. I got back awesome recordings from Breana Gilcher, oboe, Ethan Marks, trumpet, and Francis Roberts, synth. Then a lot of things happened that prevented me from working with the material.
Now, about two years later, I've taken what they each individually sent me back then and mixed and edited it into a single piece. With the supreme court overturning Roe v. Wade it feels like releasing a rage piece is something helpful we can do. All proceeds from this track will be donated to the National Network of Abortion Funds. Thanks for listening and reading.
